On November 26, 2012 Stan Breckenridge gave a performance-lecture titled Blues Attributions in American Music Styles. Features such as bluenotes, 12-bar blues progression, AAB song form, triplet figure, 6/8 meter, melodic and harmonic riffs, and other rhythmic figures were demonstrated to show their applicability in various American music styles.

Chamber Music Concert in Warsaw
I had the pleasure of attending a chamber music concert at the Filharmonia Narodowa in Warsaw on September 26, 2012. The Wroclawska Orkiestra Kameralna LEOPOLDINUM conducted by Ernst Kovacic, consists of 12 violins, 4 violas, 4 cellos, and 2 double bass.
